Ideally located across the street from Emory University's academic and medical community and only 15 miles northeast of Atlanta's Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, the vibrant world of Atlanta is just minutes away. The University Inn is family-owned and operated in the tradition of Southern hospitality. This restful, low-key environment promotes relaxation and restoration. The pressures of the world just seem to leave as guests enter this distinctly home-like setting. The attentive staff is responsive to guests every need - whether it's something to make the stay more comfortable or directions to nearby business and shopping areas. Many of the rooms are newly renovated and now equipped with high-speed wireless Internet where available. The University Inn's meeting room is perfect for meeting a few clients or training sessions for 16 or fewer participants. The facility is fully equipped for business use, small group presentations, and strategy meetings. The University Inn is a small Inn on the Emory University Campus that prides itself on offering visitors to the Emory University community a safe haven where they can recover from the day's activities. Guest rooms are located in 4 sets of buildings. A complimentary Continental Breakfast is served in the Lobby each morning from 6:30 - 10:00 am that includes fresh pastries, bagels and fruit, yogurt, cereal, juice, coffee and tea. Refreshment hour is also in the lobby from 4:00 to 6:00 pm and serve complimentary tea and coffee with freshly baked cookies. Additionally, beer and wine are also served on Monday through Friday.
All rooms include high-speed wireless Internet access and modem connections, iron/ironing boards, free local calls, free parking, an outdoor swimming pool, in-room microwave and refrigerator, and kitchens are available as well. |

1767 North Decatur Road, Atlanta, GA - Hartsfield/Jackson Atlanta International Airport: Depart airport going west on South Terminal Parkway, and turn right to go onto Airport Boulevard, which becomes North Terminal Parkway. Merge onto I-85 North toward I-75 North/Atlanta. Take the GA- 10/Freedom Parkway exit - EXIT 248C - toward Carter Center. Turn right onto Freedom Parkway Northeast. Take the GA-42 East ramp toward Carter Center. Stay straight to go onto GA-42 Conn East/East Freedom Parkway Northeast. Turn left onto Moreland Avenue NE/US-23/GA-42 and continue to follow GA-42. Turn right onto North Decatur Road Northeast and continue until you reach the property. |
